Company Profile

Since 1994, our telecommunication cost management practice has achieved 10%-60% cost reductions for our clients. Our clients benefit from expert consultation, special negotiated rates, personalized, multi-level technical support and responsive customer service. Our "performance-based" philosophy guarantees, in writing, a minimum specific annual savings on any recommendations we make. Our goal is to manage clients' communications costs by consistently finding high quality, value-priced options from reputable sources, keeping them informed of industry changes that could affect their profitability, to assist with vendor proposals, issue resolution, security and to field calls from vendors. As independent consultants, we remain objective as opposed to a sales agent for one carrier and have saved our clients thousands, tens and even hundreds of  thousands of dollars each year by:

  • Identifying and eliminating inadvertent mismanagement and fraud - recommending the most effective and efficient use of telecommunications networks and services while identifying and eliminating unnecessary and fraudulent charges.

  • Matching each client's unique needs to the combination of service providers best suited in terms of value, price protection, flexibility and service.

  • Providing on-going strategic consultation, customer service, network cost analysis as well as fax and voice messaging services.

Our Corporate Training Division provides customized courses, workshops and training in a wide variety of timely and relevant business and personal productivity topics.

We teach and instruct, give knowledge, dispense facts, and send out special reports, booklets and educational pieces. If we help our clients make better decisions, then they will prosper. Personnel: Bill Dubovsky, founder and principal, has a proven track record of success spanning over 20 years of revenue enhancement in areas of sales, marketing and customer service. During his career at Digital Equipment Corporation (currently Hewlett-Packard Corporation), he earned positions of increasing responsibility in business development, customer service, sales and marketing management. Since 1994, Bill has helped hundreds of organizations improve their profitability by managing their communications costs and technology challenges. He is a board member of several business and non-profit organizations and is a 1998 recipient of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce's Louis R. Miller Award for emerging businesses. Bill has been seen on television and in print as a consultant and speaker in the areas of telecommunications cost control, sales, marketing, time management and customer service. He has been an adjunct lecturer in computer science and business at the College of Staten Island, City University of New York.
